We want to understand the physical and mental flow of our upcoming quarterly session. How do you structure the day to ensure we remain focused and productive for eight full hours?

A session day is a high-intensity, structured eight-hour experience designed to maximize your team's focus. We start promptly at 8:00 AM and wrap up by 5:00 PM. The day is divided into clear, non-negotiable blocks.

We begin with a brief check-in to get everyone present and focused, followed by a review of your previous quarter's results. We look at your scorecard, your Rock completion rate, and your V/TO to see if you did what you said you were going to do.

The mid-morning is focused on tool learning and reinforcement. We review the core EOS® tools and ensure everyone is using them correctly.

The largest block of the day, typically taking up the entire afternoon, is dedicated to IDS. We build your issues list and spend hours identifying, discussing, and solving your biggest organizational hurdles. This is where the real work happens.

To maintain energy, we take short, scheduled breaks and a working lunch. I manage the room's energy levels, pushing you through tough debates and calling for a break when fatigue sets in. We wrap up by setting your Rocks for the next ninety days, evaluating the session, and concluding exactly at 5:00 PM. You will leave exhausted but completely aligned on your next steps.
