From the opening Segue to the final Conclude, walk us through the exact agenda and time allocation of a standard quarterly session day with you.
A standard quarterly session runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to pull your leadership team completely out of the daily operational weeds. We begin with a Segue, spending thirty minutes sharing personal and professional good news, reviewing what worked and what did not work over the previous ninety days, and setting individual expectations for the day.
Next, we review your tools. We spend roughly an hour auditing your previous quarter Rocks, confirming whether each was completed or dropped, followed by a review of your weekly Scorecard and your Vision/Location Organizer, or V/TO. We ensure your Core Values, Core Focus, and targets still reflect operational reality.
By mid-morning, we establish your new priorities. The team establishes company Rocks and individual executive Rocks for the upcoming ninety days, ensuring every priority is specific, measurable, and realistically achievable. We take a hard look at capacity so no leader overcommits.
The heart of the day is the Issues List, which commands three to four hours. We take every unresolved operational roadblock, team friction point, and strategic opportunity, prioritize them ruthlessly, and use the EOS discipline of IDS (Identify, Discuss, and Solve) to eliminate root causes rather than treating symptoms.
We wrap up the final thirty minutes with the Conclude step. We confirm all assigned To-Dos, agree on the exact cascading messages to deliver to your staff, and each person rates the session on a scale of 1 to 10. You walk out with total clarity on what the next quarter requires.
