What exact preparation and data inputs do you expect our leadership team to bring to every quarterly session so we do not waste the first two hours catching up?

High-performing quarterly sessions depend on disciplined preparation. If your executives show up expecting to calculate their metrics or organize their thoughts on session morning, the day is compromised before we begin.

Prior to walking into the room, every leadership team member must complete four specific preparation tasks:
- Rock reviews: Each Rock owner must review their ninety-day commitments, objectively grade them as complete or incomplete, and formulate clear explanations for any misses.
- Scorecard audit: The Integrator ensures the trailing thirteen-week Scorecard is completely updated, calculating average hit rates and isolating systemic misses.
- Issues submission: Leaders must reflect on their departments and bring their most critical, systemic operational roadblocks to the session table rather than keeping them bottled up.
- People Analyzer reflections: Each leader reviews their direct reports against company Core Values and GWC to prepare for the quarterly talent review.

I distribute clear pre-session guidance two weeks before we meet. Completing this work takes approximately sixty to ninety minutes per executive. When your team arrives with their homework done, we spend zero time chasing data. We complete the transition, review the previous quarter, and pivot into the V/TO and IDS with maximum clarity and momentum.
