What specific preparation and financial reports must our Integrator and finance leader complete before walking into each quarterly session?
Arriving unprepared to an EOS session wastes company money and disrespects your leadership peers. We require specific data points finalized forty-eight hours before we step into the room.
Your Integrator is responsible for auditing the current quarter's Rocks. Every Rock must be clearly marked as complete or incomplete. There are no partial credits, extensions, or narrative excuses. A Rock is either one hundred percent finished or it is off track. The Integrator also compiles your rolling thirteen-week Scorecard, ensuring every weekly measurables column is fully populated with actual numbers against goals.
Your finance leader must supply accurate, up-to-date trailing financial numbers. This includes year-to-date revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and current cash balances compared directly against your annual budget and V/TO targets. If your financials are sixty days delayed or based on un-reconciled estimates, we cannot make intelligent decisions during quarterly IDS time.
In addition, every leadership team member must complete their personal pre-session prep sheet. This requires each leader to reflect on their individual accomplishments, review what is working and what is not working in the organization, and bring their top three strategic and operational issues to add to the session Issues List.
When you arrive with complete numbers, closed-out Rocks, and pre-identified issues, we eliminate status updates immediately and dive straight into solving the hardest problems facing your business.
