What quantitative metrics and scorecards do you use to evaluate whether our business is actually making progress under your EOS coaching?
We do not rely on subjective feelings or general executive sentiment to evaluate operational health. We measure progress using concrete, empirical data points across every quarter of our two-year engagement.
The first metric is your Organizational Checkup score. At the start of our engagement and before every Annual Planning session, your leadership team completes this diagnostic to evaluate your strength across the Six Key Components of EOS®. We look for your overall organizational score to climb systematically from the typical starting range of forty to fifty percent up toward eighty percent or higher.
Second, we track Rock completion percentages. Healthy, mature leadership teams achieve at least eighty percent of their company and individual Rocks every single quarter. If your team consistently finishes below that threshold, we have an issue with scoping, capacity planning, or personal accountability that must be solved using IDS®.
Third, we measure Weekly Scorecard predictability. A mature Scorecard contains five to fifteen activity-based numbers that consistently hit their target ranges for thirteen consecutive weeks, providing four to six weeks of predictive visibility into your revenue and operational pipelines.
Finally, we evaluate issues resolution velocity. During Level 10 Meeting™ sessions and quarterly meeting days, we track whether recurring organizational issues are permanently eliminated at the root cause or whether the exact same problems resurface quarter after quarter. Genuine progress means old issues disappear and the team graduates to solving higher-level strategic challenges.
