What is the purpose of the mid-quarter check-in calls at months six, nine, twelve, and beyond, and what issues do we tackle during those touchpoints?

Between our quarterly session days, we conduct periodic Just Checking In calls at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These are brief, focused fifteen to thirty-minute conversations with the Visionary and Integrator.

These calls serve a distinct operational purpose:

- Gauging execution pulse: We review whether your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence is holding firm or if your team is letting client emergencies cancel your weekly meeting discipline.
- Reviewing Rock momentum: We check whether your quarterly Rocks are on track for at least eighty percent completion, identifying projects that are stalling before the quarter ends.
- Spotting behavioral drift: We verify that your team is actively using the Issues Solving Track (IDS®) rather than letting unstated frustrations fester between sessions.
- Setting quarterly agenda context: We pinpoint major strategic or structural topics that are brewing so our upcoming quarterly session day is targeted directly at your most pressing challenges.

These check-in calls are not consulting hours, strategy pivots, or operational hand-holding. They are disciplined accountability checkpoints to ensure your team does not lose traction in the weeks between offsites.
