How do you evaluate our progression from the initial teaching phase to the execution phase during our first twelve months of quarterly sessions, and when do we shift our focus from basic tool adoption to advanced strategic planning?

We begin with the Focus Day and initial quarterly sessions as Concrete Experiences. The first twelve months are spent in a cycle of Reflective Observation and Abstract Conceptualization, learning how to use the EOS® tools through execution. We transition to advanced planning when your team exhibits Active Experimentation, meaning you are no longer just filling out templates but actively using the V/TO® to drive daily decisions.

We look at whether your team has moved past the awkwardness of the tools and integrated them into their natural operating rhythm. Once your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ runs on autopilot and your Rocks are regularly hitting eighty percent or higher, we graduate you from basic tool learning. From there, our sessions shift from teaching mechanics to pressure-testing your strategy, optimizing your team's conative energy using Kolbe assessments, and preparing the business for scaling or an exit.

Our evaluation is entirely performance-based, not calendar-based. We do not rush this transition. It takes a full annual cycle of four quarterly sessions and an annual planning session to build the operational muscle memory required to shift from basic execution to strategic mastering.
