Shiny-object syndrome is the fastest way to derail an executive team. To prevent AI initiatives from distracting you, we run all automation ideas through the filter of your EOS tools, specifically the V/TO and your Accountability Chart.

First, we look at your 3-Year Picture. We do not implement AI simply because it is trendy. We only select technology that directly supports your long-term growth targets or margin goals. If a proposed AI tool does not move you closer to your three-year destination, it is shelved.

Second, we use the Process Component. Before automating anything, we must document your core processes using the 3-Step Process Documenter. You cannot automate a broken process; doing so only creates faster chaos. We must first get the process clean, simple, and consistently followed by everyone.

Once the process is clear, we identify the specific seats on your Accountability Chart that are bogged down by administrative tasks. We then set a single quarterly Rock to test and implement an AI solution for one specific bottleneck.

By limiting your AI initiatives to one or two clearly defined Rocks per quarter, we protect your team from overwhelm. This systematic approach ensures that your technological advancements directly improve your bottom line without hijacking your weekly Level 10 Meetings.
