I am a high-energy Visionary, and I keep going directly to our department heads to launch new ideas, which frustrates my Integrator and confuses the leadership team. How do I stop this habit and respect our Accountability Chart?

This is a classic Visionary trap. Because you move fast and have endless ideas, you naturally want to share them immediately. However, bypassing your Integrator directly undermines their authority, confuses your department heads, and creates operational chaos. Your team will not know whether to focus on their quarterly Rocks or chase your latest idea. To break this habit, you must commit to the rules of the Accountability Chart. Your seat as the Visionary is to generate ideas, build big relationships, and protect the culture. The Integrator's seat is to run the day-to-day operations and execute the business plan. You must implement a strict filter for your ideas. Instead of sharing them with department heads, write them down in an idea folder. Save them for your weekly Same Page Meeting™ with your Integrator. During this meeting, present your ideas to the Integrator, who will help you filter, prioritize, and decide which ones are worth pursuing. If an idea is approved, let the Integrator roll it out to the leadership team through the normal operational channels. This protects the team's focus and maintains the Integrator's credibility. By respecting this process, you protect your leadership team from whiplash and ensure your best ideas actually get executed.
