To fix this, establish a strict rule: only one person runs the meeting portal on a single screen. Everyone else should have their laptops closed unless they are actively updating their scorecard metrics or referencing a critical file. Never try to troubleshoot, debug, or rebuild automated workflows live during the ninety-minute pulse. If an AI workflow glitches or a dashboard fails, drop it to the Issues List immediately as a tech bottleneck. Assign a to-do to fix the system offline and move directly to the next item. If the live data is running slow, rely on manual entry or simple static screenshots as a temporary backup. Your weekly meeting is far too expensive to spend waiting for a web page to load.
