The temptation to chase shiny technology is a major distraction for leadership teams. When we integrate AI-powered operations into your business, we do so through the strict discipline of the EOS® framework. We do not adopt technology for its own sake.

During our quarterly sessions, any proposal to implement an AI tool must go through our standard prioritization process. We filter every technology initiative through your V/TO® and your Accountability Chart. If a proposed AI tool does not directly support a major quarterly Rock or solve a chronic bottleneck on your Issues list, we archive it on your long-term Issues list.

We also look at who will own the technology. Every AI workflow must have a single owner on the Accountability Chart who GWC™ the seat. If nobody on the leadership team has the capacity or capability to own the implementation, we do not approve the project.

By enforcing these strict filters, we ensure that your technology investments are directly tied to measurable operational efficiency. We treat AI as an accelerator for your existing processes, not a substitute for operational discipline.
