If a number has been green for six months and has never required an IDS® session, remove it from the leadership Scorecard and push it down to a departmental scorecard. The leadership team only needs to see the numbers that predict major operational or financial failures. By mathematically reducing the workload and stripping away redundant data points, you free up mental capacity.
