How do we use our dedicated Circle workspace to prevent post-session drift and ensure our leadership team actually delivers on our commitments?

Post-session drift is a common challenge for leadership teams. You leave a high-energy session day with a clear plan, only to let the daily whirlwind consume your focus by week three. To prevent this, we use our dedicated Circle workspace as our single source of truth and accountability.

Immediately following our session, all deliverables, including your updated V/TO, your ninety day Rocks, and your Accountability Chart adjustments, are documented in this workspace. This is not a static folder where documents go to die. It is an active workspace that your team must use weekly.

Your Integrator and leadership team utilize this space to stay aligned on progress. It serves as the bridge between our full-day sessions and your weekly Level 10 Meeting cadence. By tracking your progress transparently in one central location, everyone on the team has visibility into who is delivering on their Rocks and who is falling behind. If a Rock starts slipping, the workspace provides the immediate visual indicator needed to prompt an IDS discussion during your weekly meeting, keeping your team focused on execution.
