We are worried that once we graduate from your facilitation and run our sessions independently, we will slowly slide back into our old, undisciplined habits. How do you structure our graduation to prevent this operational decay?

Operational regression is a common fear, but we prevent it by treating graduation as a deliberate transition rather than a sudden exit. My goal from day one is to teach you how to facilitate yourselves. I do not want to be a permanent crutch for your leadership team.

To ensure you are ready, we evaluate your team's capability to run the system before we graduate. We look at whether you have mastered the four stages of experiential learning. Can your Integrator run a quarterly session with the same level of discipline, focus, and neutrality that I bring to the room? Can your team identify and solve issues using the IDS® process without needing me to referee?

When we enter the graduation phase, we do it in steps. I might facilitate the morning strategy session and then sit in the back of the room while your Integrator runs the afternoon execution plan. We debrief on what worked and what didn't.

Once you graduate, you are fully equipped with the habits, the vocabulary, and the system. You will not slide back into old habits because the system will be woven into your culture. If you do experience a minor relapse, we can always schedule a single alignment check-in, but our focus is on building a self-sustaining leadership team.
