- Leverage the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ to identify when a Rock is off track before it becomes a rescue mission, running it through the IDS® process if it slips for two consecutive weeks.

- Practice a strategic pause, which is a brief, deliberate moment of reflection where you step back from daily firefighting to evaluate whether your current fires are actual emergencies or just noisy symptoms.
