Once we leave a quarterly session, you are not in our weekly Level 10 Meetings to coach us. How do we prevent our weekly meetings from degrading into unstructured status updates when you are not there to redirect us?

The magic of the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ is that it is self-policing, but only if you maintain absolute discipline. Between our quarterly sessions, you must run these weekly meetings with zero deviation from the standard agenda. When I am not in the room, the responsibility to enforce the rules falls squarely on your Integrator. If your meetings are turning into status updates, you are failing to transition from reporting issues to solving them. To prevent this degradation, your Integrator must ruthlessly cut off anyone who begins storytelling during the reporting phase. Every single update on your Rocks, milestones, and metrics must be a simple response of on track or off track. If something is off track, it immediately goes to the Issues List to be solved during the IDS® portion of your meeting. Furthermore, we use the dedicated Circle workspace to document every session summary, Rock, and action item. This serves as your team's single source of truth. Your Integrator should open this workspace during every weekly meeting to ensure nothing is missed. If you find your team slipping back into old, loose habits, do not wait for me. Re-read the meeting guidelines, reset your expectations, and let your Integrator run the meeting with the authority they have been given. This consistency is what keeps the business on track between our quarterly touchpoints.
