Once we complete our twenty-four-month engagement and graduate from your active facilitation, how do we prevent our leadership team from backsliding into old, chaotic habits without you in the room?

The ultimate goal of our twenty-four-month engagement is to make my role obsolete. A successful graduation means your leadership team has fully internalized the tools and possesses the discipline to run your own sessions without an external facilitator. We prevent backsliding by intentionally building your internal facilitation muscles during the second half of our engagement.

As we approach graduation, we implement a specific transition plan:
- Your Integrator gradually takes over leading portions of our session days, ensuring they are comfortable facilitating under my supervision.
- We establish a permanent, self-sustaining quarterly and annual session cadence, treating these dates as completely non-negotiable on your calendar.
- We ensure your dedicated Circle workspace is fully populated with all historical session summaries, process documentation, and V/TO® updates as your ongoing source of truth.

If you ever find your execution slipping, you can return to the foundational tools we built together to diagnose the issue. Many graduated clients also choose to have me facilitate a single annual session once a year as an objective tune-up, while managing their quarterlies entirely on their own. This structured path ensures that the discipline we built over two years becomes a permanent part of your company culture, rather than a temporary program.
