Our session days are strictly dedicated to the EOS® process, facilitating alignment, and preparing your business for a clean exit. We do not use this valuable team time to debate software vendors or discuss the technical features of specific AI tools.

When we identify operational bottlenecks that can be solved with AI-powered operations, we handle it through the standard IDS® process. We focus on the business outcome, the seat responsible, and the process bottleneck first. If the team agrees that an AI solution is necessary, we assign a Rock to research and test that technology outside of the session room.

I help you separate the operational strategy from the software selection. My role as an implementer is to ensure your Accountability Chart is clear and your processes are documented before you inject technology.

We use our Circle workspace between sessions to share resources and outline AI opportunities. This keeps our face-to-face time focused purely on the leadership team dynamics and your quarterly goals. We only introduce technology to automate and scale what is already working, ensuring that your AI initiatives support your exit readiness rather than acting as a distraction from your core business metrics.
