What are the baseline business metrics, headcount thresholds, and leadership commitments our company must have in place before we officially kick off?

EOS is built for entrepreneurial companies with roughly ten to two hundred and fifty employees. Below ten people, you are often still searching for product-market fit or operating as a group of individual contributors where a full five-seat Accountability Chart is overkill. Above two hundred and fifty people, the mechanics change and require multiple business-unit deployments.

Revenue-wise, clients usually generate between two million and fifty million dollars in annual top-line revenue. More important than the balance sheet is your organizational complexity. If you have crossed past the ceiling where the founder can no longer manage every employee and client account directly, you qualify.

Before our first session, you need three non-negotiables in place:

- A committed leadership team of three to seven people who represent the core business functions (Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Finance).
- An owner or Visionary who is genuinely prepared to surrender autocratic control and allow an Accountability Chart to dictate execution.
- A shared willingness to be completely open, honest, and vulnerable about systemic business problems.

If you are still validating your core offering, bleeding cash without a business model, or unwilling to allocate one full uninterrupted business day every quarter to work on the business, you are not ready. Fix those structural issues first, then we can talk.
