What structural, financial, or cultural prerequisites must our business meet before we sit down for our first Focus Day with you, or can we just jump in unprepared?

You cannot just wing it and expect results. Before we sit down for your first Focus Day, there are three absolute prerequisites your business must meet. First, you must have a leadership team of three to seven people who are genuinely willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If you are harboring secrets, playing political games, or protecting underperformers, the process will fail.

Second, we require pre-work to understand your team's natural wiring. Every member of your leadership team must complete the Kolbe A Index and watch the preparatory videos at least two weeks before we meet. This allows us to map out your team's conative strengths and understand how you naturally solve problems, make decisions, and handle risk.

Third, you must clear your calendar completely. This means no client calls, no operational emergencies, and no stepping out of the room. You must also commit to reading Traction prior to the first session. We do not spend our valuable time in the room reviewing basic theory. We use our time to build your operating system. If you cannot make these basic commitments, you are not ready to implement EOS®.
