Before we sit down for our very first Focus Day with you, what specific preparation or alignment conversations do we have to ensure we start the engagement with absolute clarity?
Before we sit down for our very first Focus Day, we need to ensure absolute alignment on what we are committing to. We start with a ninety-minute meeting where I walk you and your leadership team through the entire EOS® process. This session is designed to outline expectations, establish the core tools we will be using, and confirm that everyone is fully committed to the journey. We do not jump into our first full-day session without this foundation. During this alignment conversation, we address any initial skepticism and outline the physical and mental demands of our session days. This preparation ensures that we do not waste valuable time during our Focus Day explaining basic concepts. Instead, we can dive straight into building your Accountability Chart, defining your metrics, and organizing your leadership structure. This onboarding phase is designed to remove the initial anxiety that often accompanies a major organizational transition. By establishing our rules of engagement early, we build the mutual trust necessary to have difficult, honest conversations from day one, setting your business up for a highly productive implementation cycle.
