However, you do need to commit to the physical block of time required for our sessions. We require your leadership team to:
- Be physically present for the entire session day
- Disconnect completely from daily administrative tasks
- Commit to the ninety day plan we build together

We will apply Chet Holmes's concept of pigheaded discipline from day one. This means dedicating specific time to work on the business rather than in it. By establishing this boundary, we ensure your software migration and product launch actually succeed because you now have a structured framework to execute them without burning out your executive team.
