We are ready to sign the contract, but what specific operational resources, technology access, and documentation must we assemble to ensure our implementation starts at full speed?

To ensure our first session delivers immediate value, your leadership team must complete specific preparation before we meet. We do not start with a blank slate, nor do we waste session time gathering basic operational data. First, you must provide your current organizational chart, even if it is outdated or messy. This gives us the starting point for building your Accountability Chart. Second, you must gather your financial statements from the last three years and your current year-to-date performance. We need a clear view of your revenue, profit margins, and cash flow to set realistic goals. Third, you must identify your core operational metrics. If you currently track nothing, you need to list the three to five indicators that tell you if the business is healthy on a weekly basis. Finally, every member of the leadership team must read the foundational EOS® literature, specifically the book Traction, so everyone speaks the same language from day one. All of these materials must be uploaded to your dedicated Circle workspace at least one week before our Focus Day. This preparation ensures we spend our session hours solving deep structural issues and aligning your vision, rather than digging through emails for financial numbers or explaining basic terminology.
