Outside of our weekly Level 10 Meetings, what is the realistic expectation for homework and preparatory work that my leadership team must complete in the weeks leading up to our quarterly sessions with you?

We do not believe in busywork, and the preparatory work for our quarterly sessions is designed to be highly focused and efficient. In the two weeks leading up to our session, each member of your leadership team will spend about thirty minutes reviewing their individual progress on their Rocks and analyzing their scorecard metrics. You will also use our Circle workspace to review the issues list and identify the most critical strategic hurdles that need to be solved during our full day session. This preparation ensures that we do not waste valuable session time collecting data or debating basic project updates. We arrive in the room fully prepared to run the IDS® process on your biggest opportunities and obstacles. The real work between sessions is simply executing the Rocks you committed to and running your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ with absolute discipline. If your team is running their weekly meetings effectively, the prep work for our quarterlies becomes a natural extension of your daily habits, rather than an exhausting homework assignment that causes stress.
