To get the absolute most out of our first official session together, your leadership team must complete specific foundational homework. We do not waste session time on basic theory, so arriving prepared is critical.

First, every member of your leadership team must read the core book about the system, Traction. This ensures we are all using the exact same operational language and understand the framework before we start.

Second, you must gather your current organizational data. This includes your existing organizational charts, any current business plans, your historical financial performance, and your current list of major problems or opportunities. Do not worry about formatting this data beautifully. I want raw, honest information, not a polished board deck.

Finally, I need every leader to show up with the right mental attitude. This means being willing to be completely vulnerable, open to change, and ready to put the greater good of the company ahead of individual egos or departments.

This prep work ensures we can hit the ground running on our Focus Day. We will immediately start building your Accountability Chart and defining your scorecard, rather than spending hours explaining basic concepts.
