What does the administrative cleanup look like immediately following a session, and how do we use our Circle.so workspace to bridge the gap between our session days and daily operations?

The success of a full-day session depends heavily on what happens in the forty-eight hours immediately following it. We do not allow the momentum of our planning day to evaporate. The administrative cleanup is a structured, disciplined process designed to transition our strategic decisions into daily execution.

Immediately after our session, I document all session summaries, updated Accountability Charts, updated V/TO® documents, and quarterly Rocks in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. This workspace serves as your single source of truth, ensuring that every leadership team member has instant access to the exact outcomes of our day together.

Your Integrator and leadership team must then use this workspace to bridge the gap to daily operations. Within the first forty-eight hours, you must transfer your newly created Rocks and updated Scorecard metrics into your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ agendas.

Throughout the quarter, our Circle.so workspace remains active. It is where we track progress, share updates on exit readiness disciplines, and document standard operating procedures as we transition to AI-powered operations. By maintaining this disciplined digital workspace, we ensure that the strategic clarity achieved in our session day translates directly into daily traction.
