Once our leadership team graduates from our two-year implementation roadmap, what options exist for staying connected or bringing you back for annual planning?

Graduation from the two-year implementation is a milestone to be celebrated, not an abrupt abandonment. By the end of month twenty-four, your Integrator should be fully capable of facilitating your one-day quarterly sessions internally. However, many healthy companies choose to maintain a structured, long-term relationship with an external facilitator for specific strategic checkpoints.

Even high-performing teams find immense value in having an objective outsider run their two-day Annual Planning sessions. When your Integrator facilitates, they cannot fully participate as an executive voice in strategic debates. Bringing me back for your Annual allows your entire leadership team, including the Integrator, to stay completely immersed in the strategic work while I hold the room accountable to the clock and the tools.

Graduated clients typically engage in one of three ways:

- Full self-sufficiency where the company runs all quarterlies and annuals internally, using me solely as an occasional advisor for ad-hoc tool tune-ups.
- An annual-only pulse where your Integrator facilitates the three quarterly sessions, and I return once a year to facilitate the two-day Annual Planning session.
- Advanced exit readiness integration, where we layer the Step by Step Exit framework over your existing EOS® cadence to prepare the business for an eventual transition or sale.

The choice is entirely yours. You will never be pushed into ongoing advisory services you do not need. The purpose of our initial two years is to give you operational sovereignty.
