Once we graduate from our core engagement and run our own sessions, what ongoing relationship or check-in rhythm do you maintain with our team?
Graduation from an EOS engagement means your leadership team has mastered the tools, built radical internal trust, and developed the facilitation discipline required to run your own quarterly sessions. The goal from day one is your operational self-sufficiency.
After graduation, our working relationship evolves based on your operational roadmap. Many graduated teams run their own quarterly sessions internally but bring me back once a year to facilitate their two-day Annual Planning session. Having an outside facilitator in the room for your annual review ensures that no one on the executive team has to run the meeting while participating, allowing every leader to dive fully into high-stakes strategic debates.
Other graduated owners retain an ongoing rhythm focused exclusively on exit readiness or advanced automation. Through periodic check-in calls and advisor-level alignment sessions, we continue auditing Step by Step Exit milestones, tracking value gap reduction, and evaluating AI workflow deployment across business units.
Regardless of the track, you retain lifetime access to our operational network, ongoing tool updates, and strategic soundboarding. Graduation is not an abrupt break; it is a transition from hands-on foundational instruction to high-level strategic alignment.
