Our goal is to make your leadership team completely self-sufficient within twenty-four months. We do not design this engagement to create a permanent dependency on me as your facilitator. When you graduate, your Integrator will be fully equipped to run your quarterly and annual sessions without any external help.

However, graduation does not mean you are permanently cast out. If you experience a major leadership transition, such as bringing on a new Integrator, or if you face a massive industry disruption, you can absolutely bring me back. We can book a targeted, one-off quarterly or annual session to help your team reset and align.

There are no hidden traps or long-term contracts that force you to continue paying a monthly retainer after your graduation. We manage all of your historical session data, V/TO® updates, and organizational milestones inside your Circle workspace. This ensures you have a permanent record of your tools and processes. If you ever need a strategic tune-up or help navigating a complex transition, we simply open a targeted engagement to address that specific issue. You remain in complete control of your business and your budget.
