Once we graduate from our twenty-four-month implementation and can self-facilitate, do we completely cut ties with you, or is there a structured way we continue to engage you for annual planning sessions or major operational pivots?

Graduation is a milestone to be celebrated, meaning your leadership team has achieved true mastery of the tools and can run the system completely on your own. It does not mean our relationship must end.

Most graduating companies transition to a self-facilitated model for their quarterly sessions, but many still choose to bring me back for their two-day annual planning sessions. Running a quarterly session is highly manageable once your team is disciplined, but facilitating a two-day annual session while actively participating as a leader is incredibly difficult. Having an objective, external facilitator in the room for your annuals allows your entire team, including the Visionary and Integrator, to be one hundred percent present in the strategic debates.

We can also structure custom engagements if your business faces a major operational pivot, a significant merger or acquisition, or a leadership succession transition after graduation. In these scenarios, I can step back in to facilitate specialized sessions or help you restructure your Accountability Chart to support the new organizational reality.

Our primary goal over our twenty-four-month engagement is to eliminate your dependency on me for day-to-day alignment. Once that is achieved, any ongoing engagement is purely strategic, helping you maintain a high level of discipline and external objectivity when making your most critical business decisions.
