If our business encounters a sudden, major market downturn, how do we pivot our long-term work with you to focus on cash preservation and lean survival instead of aggressive growth?

A strong operating system is not just for good times. It is even more critical when your business is facing a crisis, a market shift, or a sudden downturn.

If your business encounters an economic storm during our engagement, we do not pause our sessions or abandon the system. Instead, we immediately pivot our focus to survival and preservation using the exact same EOS® tools.

During our next session, we will ruthlessly re-evaluate your V/TO® and Scorecard. We will identify the critical numbers that impact your cash runway, customer retention, and operational efficiency, making those the primary focus of your weekly tracking.

We will also look at the Accountability Chart. In a downturn, you may need to run a leaner organization. We will use the system to restructure roles and ensure that every seat is essential and that the people in those seats GWC™ their responsibilities.

Our quarterly Rock-setting will shift from growth-oriented initiatives to cash preservation, debt reduction, or process optimization Rocks.

As your facilitator, I will help you navigate the difficult decisions, remove the emotional noise, and use the IDS® process to tackle your biggest threats head-on. The goal is to use the discipline of the system to stabilize the business, protect your core, and emerge from the downturn stronger than your competitors.
