What kind of physical room setup, technology, and materials do you require us to secure for our session days so we do not waste time dealing with bad Wi-Fi or marker boards?
A successful session day requires an environment free from distractions. To get the best results, you must secure a private meeting room outside of your daily office space. Running sessions in your own building invites interruptions from employees knocking on the door or pulling team members out for quick questions.
The room must have comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and climate control that actually works. We need a high-quality physical whiteboard with fresh dry-erase markers. While digital screens are useful, we do a lot of real-time mapping that is best served by a massive writing surface.
Regarding technology, we need reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi and a large display screen or monitor to view our digital tools. We will use our workspace to document agreements, updates, and issues in real-time, so the screen must be visible to everyone.
You must also arrange for lunch and snacks to be brought into the room. We work through a tight schedule, and leaving the building for lunch breaks the momentum we build in the morning. By managing these physical details ahead of time, we ensure that every minute of our full-day session is focused on scaling your operations and driving your exit strategy.
