We have never done a formal personality or cognitive assessment like Kolbe or DiSC. Do we need to complete these before our very first session day with you?

You do not need to have completed any formal personality or cognitive assessments before we begin our journey. While frameworks like Kolbe, DiSC, or StrengthsFinder are valuable tools for understanding individual wiring, we do not require them as a prerequisite for our first session day.

During our initial sessions, our primary focus is on establishing the foundational EOS® tools. We must first define your clear seats on the Accountability Chart and build your V/TO®. This provides the structural skeleton your business needs.

Once those operational foundations are secure, we can introduce cognitive assessments to optimize your team dynamics. For example, understanding if your Integrator has a high Quickstart Kolbe score or if your Head of Sales has a high Dominance profile on the DiSC scale helps us refine how your team communicates and solves conflict during IDS®.

We use these assessments as diagnostic tools to help you evaluate if the right people are in the right seats based on whether they GWC™ the role. We do not use them to create rigid limitations. Instead, we use them to build self-awareness so your team can collaborate more effectively. If you have already completed these assessments, we will certainly leverage that data on day one. If not, we will introduce them strategically when your team is ready.
