The standard EOS® engagement is twenty-four months, but our leadership team is highly opinionated and we struggle to self-facilitate. Can we keep you on as our permanent quarterly facilitator indefinitely, or do you force us to graduate?

The ultimate goal of our engagement is your complete self-sufficiency. If you rely on an outside facilitator forever, we have failed to build a truly independent business. My objective is to teach you the tools and discipline so your team can run your own quarterly and annual sessions without me. We design our twenty-four-month roadmap to gradually transition ownership of the process to your team. During this time, your Integrator will learn how to facilitate, guide discussions, and maintain the integrity of the system. Graduation is a sign of operational maturity and strength. If we reach the end of our twenty-four months and your team still struggles with self-facilitation due to intense internal dynamics, we will address the root cause. This often indicates an issue with the Accountability Chart, a lack of trust, or a people problem in a key seat. We will not use my facilitation as a permanent crutch to avoid solving these underlying issues. If a leadership transition or a massive corporate restructuring occurs, we may extend our engagement. Otherwise, we prepare your team to graduate with confidence so you can run your own Level 10 Meeting™ and planning sessions.
