We want to build AI-driven efficiency while implementing EOS. How do you partition your role as an EOS Implementer from your role as an AI operations advisor during our engagement?

It is critical to keep these two disciplines distinct so we do not muddy the waters of either. When we are in our official EOS session days, I am your Professional EOS Implementer. We follow the agenda with absolute discipline. We do not let shiny new technology distract us from basic operational health, accountability, and alignment.

The partitioning works through a highly structured approach:
- During our core session days, AI is only discussed if it directly relates to a specific quarterly Rock, a critical issue on our Issues List, or a metric on your Scorecard.
- We do not run technology brainstorming sessions during your Focus Day or quarterly reviews.
- If we identify that AI-powered automation is a strategic lever to scale your operations, we establish that as a Rock to be scoped and executed between our sessions.
- My advisory work on your AI roadmap, system architecture, and team training occurs in separate, dedicated workshops outside the EOS session room.

This boundary ensures your leadership team builds a rock-solid operational foundation first. Once that structural discipline is in place, we overlay AI automation to multiply your execution speed. We never use technology to mask bad process.
