The leadership team owns one hundred percent of the V/TO® and every strategic decision regarding your exit. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to facilitate the process, teach you the tools, and push you to answer the hard questions. I do not write your vision, choose your core values, or decide which target buyer you should pursue.

If I were to make those decisions for you, the plan would fail. A business owner and their leadership team must have total ownership of their destination and their strategy. When we are working through the Step by Step Exit framework, specifically the Legacy and Value Gaps disciplines, I will guide you through the exercises to clarify your personal financial goals and non financial priorities.

I will challenge your assumptions and hold you accountable to the numbers, but you and your team must debate, agree on, and write down the answers. This ensures that the entire leadership team is fully aligned and committed to the plan. When you own the vision and the tools, you build the internal capability to execute them long after our sessions are over. My job is to provide the proven framework and the objective perspective to help you get there.
