If you are constantly stepping in to fix broken technology, you have not successfully transitioned to the Owner's Box. You are still acting as high-priced technical operators, which completely defeats the purpose of Entrepreneurial Freedom Multiplication.

To solve this, you must establish a clear Charter with your leadership team. The Charter is a covenant that defines your role as owners and their role as operators. Under this agreement, the leadership team must own the execution, structure, and day-to-day stability of your systems, including the technology stack.

On your Accountability Chart, your Integrator must be fully accountable for operational delivery. If an AI script breaks, it is an operational issue for the Integrator and their team to solve, not a strategic crisis for the owners.

During your next Level 10 Meeting, use the IDS process to address why these technical failures are escalating to you. Is there a seat on the chart that is missing? Do you need a dedicated systems administrator who has the GWC to manage these APIs? Stop playing the hero. Let your team take complete ownership of the tools, and hold them accountable to the outcomes while you remain focused on long-term strategy and structure.
