Stepping back from day-to-day operations does not mean checking out during our session days. In fact, your active participation as the owner is vital to the success of this entire journey, but your role in the room will change dramatically.

During session days, you are not there to micromanage your leadership team or solve every operational issue. Your primary workload is strategic clarity. You must wear your Visionary hat, sharing your long-term goals for the company and explaining what a clean exit looks like for you.

You must commit to being fully present, which means turning off your phone and trusting your team to run the business for the day. You will spend the session collaborating on the Accountability Chart, refining your Core Values, and establishing clear ninety-day Rocks.

The heavy lifting of executing those Rocks and managing the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ falls on your Integrator and leadership team. Your workload during the session is focused on alignment and letting go of the vine. By actively participating in this strategic planning while allowing your team to own the execution, you build the trust required to transition the business smoothly.
