As your professional EOS® Implementer, my relationship with you as the owner is built on absolute transparency and respect for the Visionary and Integrator dynamic. While I am hired by you, my ultimate loyalty is to the health and growth of your business, not to any single individual on the leadership team. This means I will challenge you directly when your actions or ideas run counter to the vision and structure we have agreed upon. I work closely with your Integrator to ensure they have the authority and support needed to run the daily operations and execute the V/TO®. During our session days, I act as an objective facilitator, ensuring that every voice on the leadership team is heard and that decisions are made based on what is best for the organization. I do not take sides, but I will fiercely protect the operating system and hold everyone, including you, accountable to your Rocks and commitments. This healthy boundary allows you to step back from managing the process, freeing you to focus on big-picture strategy, market opportunities, and preparing your business for a highly successful exit.
