As an exhausted business owner already working sixty hours a week, I am terrified of the administrative burden of this process. How much of my personal day-to-day time will this engagement actually consume outside of the session days?

Many business owners fear that implementing a new operating system will add dozens of hours of administrative busywork to their already overflowing schedules. The reality is the exact opposite. The entire purpose of this engagement is to buy back your time by eliminating operational chaos. Your physical commitment to our session days is fixed. We will spend one-day quarterlies and a two-day annual together over our twenty-four-month engagement. Outside of these structured days, your weekly commitment is limited to your ninety-minute Level 10 Meeting™ with your leadership team. Instead of creating new tasks, the tools we implement streamline the work you are already doing. By clearly defining roles on the Accountability Chart and delegating daily operations to your Integrator, you stop putting out daily fires. You transition from working in the business to working on the business. If you are spending hours managing administrative details between our sessions, it means we have a structural issue on your team that we need to address immediately. Our goal is to make you highly focused, not highly busy.
