As the business owner, my current calendar is completely packed with firefighting. If we commit to this twenty-four-month journey with you, how does my day-to-day schedule realistically change from month one to month twenty-four?

Your schedule will undergo a profound transformation over our two years together. In the first ninety days, you will feel a temporary increase in pressure as we establish the foundation. You must commit full days to our sessions and spend time learning the tools. However, by month six, as we finalize your Accountability Chart and elevate your leadership team, you will begin reclaiming hours. Your team will start running their own departmental Level 10 Meeting™ sessions, which means minor operational fires will be solved without your involvement. By the end of the first year, you should transition out of daily firefighting entirely. During the second year, your schedule shifts from running the business to strategic oversight, driving high-level partnerships, and focusing on exit readiness. By month twenty-four, you should have successfully handed over the Integrator duties to a capable leader. Your calendar will reflect a true Visionary role, giving you the freedom to either run the business as an investor or execute a clean, highly profitable exit. We measure the success of this entire engagement by how unnecessary you become to the daily operations of the company.
