What happens when we agree on a new Accountability Chart during our session, but I as the owner find myself unable to stop micromanaging or letting go of my old seats after we leave the room?

When an owner struggles to let go of old seats, it threatens the entire structural integrity of the business. During our quarterly session, we define clear roles and expectations on the Accountability Chart based on what the business needs to scale, not what makes you feel comfortable. If you go back to the office and continue micromanaging, you create organizational drag and disempower your Integrator. If this behavioral pattern persists, we address it directly in our next session. I will hold up the mirror. We will look at the seats you are occupying and evaluate whether you truly GWC™ those roles. If you do not have the capacity or the desire to let go, we will have a frank conversation about how your behavior is limiting the company's growth. We will establish clear boundaries and document them as personal commitments. Your Integrator must also have the authority to call you out when you cross those lines. This is not about personal criticism; it is about protecting the operational model you committed to. If you are unwilling to respect the boundaries of the Accountability Chart, the system will fail, and we will have to evaluate if you are truly ready to run an EOS® company.
