I am an owner currently sitting in four different seats on our Accountability Chart. I have the financial budget to hire and fill two of these seats, but I am struggling to let go because I believe no outsider can maintain our level of quality. How do I objectively assess my own GWC for these seats to force myself to delegate?

The bottleneck in your business is not your budget. It is your ego and your fear. To scale your company and prepare for a clean exit, you must ruthlessly evaluate yourself using the GWC tool. Ask yourself three simple questions for each of the four seats you occupy. First, do you truly Get it? This means your brain is naturally wired to understand the deep mechanics of that specific role. Second, do you Want it? Do you genuinely wake up excited to do that specific work, or are you doing it out of obligation? Third, do you have the Capacity? This is not just intellectual capacity. It is also a question of time. You cannot have the physical time capacity to run four seats effectively. Write down your four seats. For each seat, grade yourself with a Y or an N for Get, Want, and Capacity. Be brutally honest. If you have even one N on that list, you do not GWC that seat. You are actively harming your business by holding onto it. Use this objective assessment as your permission slip to let go. Your job as an owner is to elevate yourself to your unique ability. Keeping your name in seats where you lack GWC prevents your business from building a scalable structure that buyers actually want to acquire. Start by hiring for the seat where you scored the lowest. Let a specialist own it.
