To get the maximum return on your investment, you must understand that my role is to facilitate the system, but you and your leadership team must own the execution. I have three non negotiable expectations of every business owner I work with:
- First, you must be willing to let go of control. You cannot scale a company or prepare it for an exit if you insist on being the bottleneck for every operational decision.
- Second, you must commit to complete intellectual honesty. This means being willing to enter danger, speak the truth, and address the real issues holding your business back, even when it is uncomfortable.
- Third, you must protect our scheduled session days with absolute discipline, ensuring your entire leadership team is fully present, with phones off and laptops closed.

If you are looking for a consultant to do the work for you or a cheerleader to tell you everything is perfect, I am not the right implementer for you.
