Force your leadership team, led by your Integrator, to identify, discuss, and solve the problems themselves. If you constantly jump in to save the day, you will prevent your team from developing their leadership capacity. They will continue to rely on your brainpower instead of owning their seats on the Accountability Chart. Next, transition the physical management of the meeting completely to your Integrator. They must facilitate, enforce the agenda, and drive the weekly pulse. Once the leadership team is consistently running ninety-minute meetings that score an eight or higher without your intervention, you can step out of the weekly cycle. You will transition to reviewing the weekly Scorecard and meeting notes asynchronously, and attending only the monthly same-page meetings with your Integrator. This disciplined exit is how you ensure the business can run and scale without your daily involvement.
