No. This is a non-negotiable dealbreaker for our engagement. If you are the business owner or the Visionary, you cannot outsource the EOS® implementation to your leadership team while you sit on the sidelines. EOS® is not a software package or a consulting project that a manager installs for you. It is a complete operating system that redefines how your company makes decisions, structures accountability, and plans for the future.

If you are absent from the room during our full-day sessions, the leadership team will build an Accountability Chart and set quarterly Rocks based on assumptions rather than your long-term vision. This creates a dangerous alignment gap. When you inevitably step back in to override their decisions, it destroys team trust and halts execution momentum.

Preparing a business for a clean exit requires deep, uncomfortable alignment on legacy and valuation. We must identify your personal financial objectives and define your post-exit life under the Step by Step Exit framework. Your leadership team cannot make those decisions for you. We only succeed when the owner is fully present, engaged, and willing to do the hard work of letting go in the room. If you cannot commit to being in the room for every session day, we are not ready to work together.
