To break this cycle, we must shift your team from a purely analytical mindset to one of active experimentation. We use the Kolb learning cycle to help your team understand that real learning and progress come from concrete experience and reflection, not just conceptual debate.

During our IDS® sessions, I will push your team to make decisions with eighty percent of the information. We will define the worst-case scenario of making a quick decision versus the actual cost of doing nothing. Usually, procrastination is the real enemy.

We will also use Jonah Berger's magic words to reframe how your team views action.
