We are eager to begin our EOS implementation, but we want to make sure our organization is actually structurally ready for this process. What are the baseline requirements regarding our leadership team structure, financial stability, and mindset before we sign a contract?

To get the full value of this engagement, your company needs to meet a few non negotiable baseline criteria before we schedule your Focus Day. First, you must have a leadership team of three to seven people who are willing to be open, honest, and vulnerable. If you are a solo founder trying to run the entire show without a core team, the system cannot take root. Second, you must be experiencing enough organizational friction or growth complexity that you are ready to let go of the vine. If you are still in survival mode or cannot commit to a full day away from your inbox every ninety days, you are not ready. Financially, your business needs to be stable enough that the investment does not put your payroll at risk. Finally, the owner must be willing to accept that they do not have all the answers. If you want a consultant to write a report for you, do not hire me. I facilitate a process where your team finds the answers. You must be prepared to commit to the standard twenty four month roadmap and show up with a willingness to look hard at your people, your processes, and your own leadership seat.
