What are the specific operational milestones that dictate when we are done working with you, rather than just relying on a calendar timeline?

While a typical engagement runs for twenty-four months, graduation is based on self-sufficiency, not just the calendar. We are looking for specific operational milestones that prove your team has fully mastered the system. First, your leadership team must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks. This proves your team has learned how to estimate capacity and execute on strategic priorities. Second, you must run weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions that are highly efficient, rating a five-out-of-five or at least an eight-out-of-ten on consistency, discipline, and problem-solving. If your Integrator can facilitate these meetings and guide the team through the IDS® process without any external coaching or mediation, you are well on your way. Third, your Accountability Chart must be stable and fully populated with the right people in the right seats who all get, want, and have the capacity to do their jobs. Finally, you must be successfully cascading the tools to your departmental teams. When your middle managers are setting their own Rocks and running their own weekly meetings without my intervention, your business is self-sufficient. At that point, you have graduated, and my role transitions from active facilitation to occasional strategic support.
