What specific operational markers indicate our leadership team has reached genuine self-sufficiency before we officially conclude our multi-quarter engagement?
The standard engagement runs approximately twenty-four months, spanning foundational setup through advanced mastery. We do not end the engagement based on a fixed calendar date alone. We conclude it when your team demonstrates complete operational self-sufficiency across the Six Key Components of EOS.
Several clear markers tell us you are ready to graduate. First, your Integrator seamlessly facilitates your quarterly sessions and weekly Level 10 Meeting rhythm without hesitation or coaching from me. Second, your team consistently hits or exceeds an eighty percent completion rate on quarterly Rocks without sliding backward into firefighting.
Third, your Accountability Chart is stable, every seat is filled by someone who gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to do it (GWC), and open seats are filled systematically. Fourth, your Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) is shared and understood by every employee across the company, not just executives.
When your leadership team can identify, discuss, and solve thorny cross-departmental problems rapidly on your own, you no longer need an outside facilitator in the room. At that stage, you transition to internal facilitation, occasionally bringing me in only for specialized strategic reviews or exit readiness alignment.
